Four Seasons Ranchos Estates. The white sand directly in front of the home goes out to unreal beach break called Palmitas...you can launch jet skis from the beach and access 6 miles of surf and yes.......... there are excellent lefts....... one within 5 minute walk from the house!
I researched ZICA virus and there has been no cases EVER..it is very dry 15" rainfall less than in Vallarta. With people like Bill Gates who owns a portion of the Resort and Carlos Slim...wealthiest man in the world also part owner of the Resort..there are, and have been, NO security issues whatsoever!...Prevailing wind offshore....same lattitude as Hawaii.
