Pipeline Bodyboarding Championship Guide

Every winter the world’s best bodyboarders take on the Banzai Pipeline. In 2026 the event ran as the Aloha Freight Hawaiʻi Pipeline Bodyboarding Championship.

• Waiting period: February 19 to March 4, 2027 (North Shore Chamber calendar). Official dates have not been announced yet.

• Venue: ʻEhukai Beach Park (Banzai Pipeline), North Shore Oʻahu

• Entry: 2027 entry details have not been posted yet

Last season

The 2026 event had a holding period of February 20 to March 5, ran on the best three days, and offered a $22,000 purse split equally between men and women. Divisions were Open Men’s Pro, Open Women’s Pro, Drop-Knee, Junior, Pro Junior and Masters.

The 2026 event was webcast on YouTube and through webodyboard.com. In person, watch from the beach at ʻEhukai.
